FBA Long-Term Storage Fee
Penalty fee for inventory that's been sitting in Amazon's warehouses for too long.
Also known as: FBALongTermStorageFee, LTSF, Aged Inventory Surcharge
What it is
Amazon charges this fee on top of normal storage fees for units that have been in fulfillment centers longer than 181 days (in 30-day brackets, escalating with age). The intent is to encourage sellers to clear slow-moving inventory. Charged once per quarter typically.

Tips
- Amazon emails warnings ~30 days before LTSF charges hit. If you see this fee, plan to either heavily discount, bundle, or remove old units.
- You can avoid it by submitting Removal Orders before the assessment date.
