Free Amazon Settlement Reconciliation Excel Template

What's in the template

- Summary tab — auto-computed Total Revenue, Refunds, Total Amazon Fees, Reimbursements, Net Payout, and the 2026 Released vs Deferred split
How to use it
- Open Amazon Seller Central → Reports → Payments → Date Range Reports
- Generate a Transaction report in Tab Delimited (Flat File V2) format
- Open the .txt file and copy all rows including the header
- Open the template, click the Settlement Data tab, paste at cell A1
- Click the Summary tab — totals appear automatically
When to use the converter instead
The template handles the basics. The full converter does it in one click and adds:
- Per-SKU revenue/fees/net (much harder to build manually)
- Refunds correctly excluded from the fee column (the template treats them as "negative revenue", which is right but confusing)
- Marketplace Facilitator Tax called out separately (Amazon collected this, you didn't — the template lumps it into fees)
- Friendly Excel formatting (no column-letter formulas to read)
