Amazon Seller Settlement Report Converter
Convert Amazon Seller Flat File V2 settlement reports into a clean 3-tab Excel dashboard. Revenue, fees, net payout, plus the 2026 Released vs Deferred split.
About Amazon Seller payouts
Amazon's bi-weekly settlement reports are notoriously hard to read — 24 columns, thousands of rows, no totals. SettlementToExcel parses the Flat File V2 .txt that Seller Central gives you and returns a 3-tab Excel: Summary (Total Revenue, Refunds, Fees, Net Payout, Released vs Deferred), Fee Breakdown (every Amazon charge grouped), and SKU Analysis (per-product profit). File is processed in memory and never stored.
Where to find your file
Seller Central → Reports → Payments → Date Range Reports → Generate Report → Type: Transaction → Format: Tab Delimited
Expected format: Tab-delimited .txt (Flat File V2 Settlement Report)
What fees and charges show up
- Commission (Referral Fee)
- FBA Per-Unit Fulfillment Fee
- FBA Storage Fee + Long-Term Storage Fee
- Subscription (Professional Selling Plan)
- Marketplace Facilitator Tax (Amazon collected, you didn't earn)
- Reimbursements (lost/damaged inventory)
- Refund Commission (Amazon's cut on returns)
How it will work
- Export your payout report from Amazon Seller
- Drop the file on our converter — no login, no API
